Cal Talaia is located in the beautiful hamlet of Glorieta and consists of three bedrooms with double beds and bathroom on the first floor and a open space on the ground floor with living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a half bathroom. Moreover you dispose of an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area and from May to October you can refresh yourself in our swimming pool. House Rules

We accept animals but preferably we don't want them to join you in the bedrooms. Smoking inside is not allowed. The barbecue and swimming pool area is shared between our two accommodations. The pool can be used from May to October. A extra guest can be accommodated on the sofa-bed in the living room on request.

The space
The apartment is located in an old village manor which has been completely renovated to offer a warm and welcoming space, enriched by the presence of works of art crafted by ourselves and friends. Some of the works can be bought if you enjoy them. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. The three bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor. You can stay with your pets but the animals must stay on the ground floor and are not allowed to enter the first floor and the dorms..
Guest access
Apart from the private space that offers Cal Talaia you can use the pool, garden, barbecue and outdoor kitchen and facilities. Moreover you can arrange for an archery session. Our properties comprise as well a leisure area with a dry stone hut, pétanque and picnic zone and the first art sculptures. Moreover you can use a public open air fitness gym in midst of the woods. Our leisure area and the open air gym are about 2.5 km away from Glorieta. If the wind is calm, you can play badminton with or without a net. To welcome you we show you the village and tell you a few things about its history. The house disposes of a clay sculpture workshop that you may visit on request.

We'll be available for you whenever you need us, to recommend you places and routes or to explain you the history and the particularities of the hamlet and its surroundings. We also offer guided tours at a small fee to explore the territory. And if you like to be perfectly disconnected we'll respect your privacy.
Neighborhood overview
Cal Talaia is located in the heart of Catalonia, in the magical, unique and almost unknown region of the Comalats, where the villages survive without commercial areas and new developments. Glorieta, the village dominated by Cal Talaia, is a prime example. Discover towers and castles, forests and fields connected by dry stone walls and almond and olive groves, creating a paradise for butterflies, birds, flowers, mushrooms and the few people and visitors...
The Cister trail which Glorieta is part of connects three monasteries, with Poblet being a World Heritage. Moreover we recommend you to visit Montblanc, Conesa, Guimerà and Forès, but there are a lot more villages and romanic churches to discover. Even a trip to the beach is possible without great effort. The vineyards and modernist cellers of the Conca de Barberà offer enoturism experiences.
Getting around
Fortunately or unfortunately, there's no public transport available apart from taxis. We may pick you up at the train and bus stations of Montblanc and Tàrrega if you wish to arrive by public transport. We also may pick you up at the airports of Reus and Barcelona but we will have to charge you a fee. We will charge you for one way from or to Reus airport 30,00€, or from or to Barcelona airport 90,00€.
